Hi, My name is Sujay Lahiri and I am a practicing architect based out of New Delhi. I believe that architecture is essentially an extension of nature into the man-made realm, providing the ground for the perception, And the horizon of experiencing and understanding the world. It is not isolated and a self-sufficient artifact. It directs out attention and existential experience to widen our horizons.

I have traveled across the country, understanding the design perception and gaining knowledge of construction and materials. My love for design and sustainability propelled me to explore various aspect of the designing field.

This site quickly turned into a place to upload all of my thoughts, work, and experiments. While my background has always been architecture, I’m constantly experimenting with all things visual. I post graphics and art as these mediums play a large part in my understanding of proportion, layout, composition, lighting, and many other factors that directly or indirectly relate to architectural and design. At the end of the day though, it all comes back to architecture and interior designing. It’s my biggest creative outlet and thats what I live to do!

I completed my Bachelors in architecture in New Delhi from MBS School of Planning and Architecture, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2018. I worked as a freelance architect and interior designer with several projects in Delhi and NCR. In addition to this, I have worked with renowned architect Aamir Sharma in Hyderabad, and firms like  Design Quest, Chennai and at INCUBIS consultants, New Delhi.
