INTERIOR DESIGN
Interior design is like presenting a story in front of the client, In which the space and object are its actors. I have studied books on behavioral science which I believe is a crucial aspect of the designing spaces. It is how we discover the world and about the people who live in it.
I've always, since my childhood, been fascinated by the environment. As a designer I see through my X-ray eyes and see through the space required to be designed.

Maximum use of earthy colors filling in the nuances with drama of jaalis and patterns. The client was one of the simplest man I have ever met with a minimalist taste and love for nature. We revived a dead courtyard of the house and bringing natural light and ventilation. I really enjoyed doing this project.

How to make it as homely as possible as my client keeps on travelling? To keep the essence of the home intact where the mind can extract the scent of it.
My idea was to bring in warmth into the house as its orientation receives a less sun. The color, the texture and mood of the design on an extremely tight budget was a challenging task. Being located in one of the posh apartments of Gurgaon, the opulence factor also becomes an important criteria balancing with old rustic furnitures and overall homeliness of the place.
